Richard F. White, President

Richard has been a First Vice President with Morgan Stanley and predecessor firms since 2005. After earning a Bachelor of Arts degree from Colgate University in 2001, Richard worked for a large institutional money manager in Boston, MA for three years before returning to Upstate, NY. He has been a coach in the U12/U10 program for the past six years. While he and his family are residents of Saratoga Springs, they always look forward to the winter months when they call Ludlow their weekend home. Richard has been an OMS board member since 2015.

Eliza Greene, TreasurerCo-owner and operator of Homestyle Hostel. Eliza graduated from the University of Colorado at Boulder with a degree in Integrative Physiology. Eliza grew up in Chester, VT and attended the weekend program for snowboarding throughout her childhood. She was a student at OMS and values the independence and self-direction she gained in her time there. Eliza returned to Ludlow to open her first business in 2014, and with great enthusiasm, started serving on the OMS board in 2015.

Lisa F. Sherman, Secretary

Lisa grew up on Cape Cod and attended the University of New Hampshire, where she received her Bachelor of Arts, and Suffolk University Law School. She practiced law for 8 years in Boston, then joined the firm of LaTanzi, Spaulding & Landreth, PC, and became a Partner in its Trusts & Estates Dept. Both her sons attended OMS, so Lisa knows first-hand how profound an impact the school has on the development of student-athletes, both athletically and academically. Lisa is forever grateful for the wonderful opportunities at OMS.

Julia Ford

Julia is an OMS and Holderness alumni, class of 2008. She is an 8 year member of the US Ski Team, 3-time DH National Champion, and competed in the 2014 Sochi Olympics.

Julia developed her passion for ski racing at Okemo Mountain School. It has made her the person she is today, shown her the world, and taught her lessons she could never learn in the classroom. She joined the OMS board because she believes in the mission of the school and wants to contribute, so many more student-athletes can learn from such a unique place. She has been a board member since 2015.

Diane Mueller

Diane was instrumental in the creation of OMS and has been involved with the school since its inception. In addition to her passion for education and the ski industry, she loves spending time with her three grandchildren. Now retired, Diane has allocated time to increasing her commitment to OMS, and is looking forward to focusing on her creative side by painting watercolors and making pottery.

Eb KinneyEb grew up in VT and attended Ohio Diesel Technical Institute, which led to a job in Boston, MA for 3 years, and then back to Vermont in 1985, where he worked for Ascutney Mountain for 5 years. In 1990 he had the privilege of starting his career at Okemo Mountain Resort. During his time at Okemo he has worked in multiple positions and now works as the Senior Director of Mountain Operations.Eb loves the outdoors and enjoys hunting, hiking and making maple syrup. In 1992, with the help of family, he started his own sugaring operation. Eb is excited to be part of OMS to promote a lifelong passion for skiing and riding and an excellent education. He lives in Brownsville with his wife of 33 years, where we raised three children.
